As an amazon seller, what is the most exciting news you have ever heard of?
I believe that the new Amazon FBA policy implemented from January 18th, 2022 has made all sellers complain, and finally Amazon Europe FBA has ushered in the good news of price reduction.
Amazon said: “Starting from March 31st, 2022, our fulfillment fees across the Amazon Europe stores will change for different plans. To help you sell between the EU and the UK, we will give you a 20% discount on European Fulfillment Network (EFN) fees from European Union(Germany, France, Italy and Spain) to the UK (and vice versa). And the promotion lasts one year.”
Simply put, Amazon will offer a 20% discount on European Fulfillment Network (EFN) fees between the EU and the UK during the one-year promotional period starting from March 31, 2022.
Any other benefits?
Of course there are.
For clothing, shoes, and bags sold in Prime and delivered through FBA and by sellers, the sales commission on the portion of the total sales price over £40 on these items has been reduced from 15.3% to 7.14%, and this promotion will be extended until March 31st, 2023.
In 2021, Amazon have reduced the surcharge from £0.50 to £0.35 for sellers shipping from a German fulfillment center and not participating in the expansion of the operating network (Central Europe program). In light of the positive response from sellers, Amazon will further reduce this surcharge from £0.35 to £0.25 from 31st March, 2022.
To help reduce the cost of sending products to fulfillment centers, Amazon will be running promotions through the Amazon Partnered Carrier program. Beginning from April 12th, 2022, Amazon will offer a 50% discount on Amazon Partnered Carrier Program fees when sending domestic shipments to its fulfillment centers in Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. The promotional discount will automatically apply to any domestic shipments created between April 12th, 2022 and April 12th, 2023.
